Mandatory Meeting for registered vendors to learn procedures for set up at festival.
This meeting is mandatory for all event vendors. If you have registered as a vendor but are unable to attend this meeting, Briana Melecio at [email protected].
REMINDER: With your vendor ticket purchase, you will need to bring your own table and chairs. You will be provided a preassigned space for a 10X10 activation booth or table at Malcolm X Park. Priority placement will be given to those who attend the vendors meeting on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at 10:00am.
